At Casta Diva Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home decor or furniture doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and specify the reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
